Our firm has acted in some very significant matrimonial cases, one of which involved determining the true ownership of approximately £10 million of cash and property assets, held in various parts of the world. We have also acted in cases where parties to the divorce have deliberately concealed their wealth by the use of trusts and offshore tax havens. This will often require us to first trace the assets and then assist a legal team in obtaining a freezing injunction.
